Gilmer Dairy Farm's "Edopt-a-Cow" is a web-based program designed to create an interest in agriculture by allowing individuals or classrooms to track a cow's production and health over a period of time.  The program has been very beneficial to teachers who have been able to incorporate it into multiple parts of their curriculum.  To participate, simply browse their profiles and select the cow you would like to "edopt". 

After you have selected which cow you want to edopt, we will email you a free "Certificate of Edoption" and 5"x7" photo of the cow.  For a small fee you can upgrade from our free package to our premium package, which includes a copy of the cow's official Gilmer Dairy Farm pedigree and an 8"x10" photo of the cow customized to include your name.  To view a sample customized photo (shown at half-size), click here.
